RETURN PROCESS

From the day you receive your order, you have 30 days to return your item.

When you need to return or exchange goods, you need to email our staff: support@votagoo.com

Once we receive your return request, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item.

Please make sure that the returned item is "sellable condition"(see below),  Otherwise we cannot issue an exchange or refund for you.

SHIPPING

If the return is caused by the consumer,  consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct,  and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

We authorize a FREE return for the following types of situations:

Manufacture defects: poor quality ss, zipper defects, rip or torn
Wrong/missing item from the package.

However, we do not cover the return shipping fee in the following situations:

Wrong size/color ordered
Changed mind/ Item no longer wanted

Order Cancellation: For any order that has been shipped (you have received a tracking number) to be cancelled. There is a 5% credit card processing fee and a $20 initial shipping fee as well as a $20 recall shipping fee.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Please make sure to use the shipping label provided by us. Any return without our return shipping label WILL NOT be  confirmed or refunded.

The returned item should be unworn (aside from trying it on), unwashed, devoid of any stains, scuffs, tears,  or mysterious smells, and needs to be in its original packaging with the manufacturer tags.

To expedite the return process,  please upload a photo to show that the return item is intact with its original packaging and tags. You can upload the  photos after you fill in your order number and email address at Return Center:
